If you’re in the market for a new smartphone, a recent report shows which brands customers appreciate the most.

Apple Is #1 for Customer Satisfaction

The American Customer Satisfaction Index (ACSI) report on smartphones shows that Apple retains the title for the highest customer satisfaction, followed closely by Samsung and a few other brands.

The ACSI report covers two rankings for smartphones:

Cell phone companies: These include Apple, Samsung, LG and Motorola.
Cell phone brands: These include different models of the iPhone, Galaxy and Stylo phones.
