Samsung's flagship Galaxy Tab S4, which was launched in August 2018, is finally receiving its Android 10 update. According to SamMobile, the Android 10 update for the Galaxy Tab S4 brings Samsung's One UI 2.1 as well. Currently, however, only the LTE variant of the tablet is receiving the update. Owners of the Wi-Fi only variant of the Galaxy Tab S4 will likely have to wait slightly longer to make the jump to Android 10.
The update arrives as version T835XXU4CTF5 for the Galaxy Tab S4 LTE version and is now rolling out to users in France. It includes several new features, including Quick Share, Music Share, an improved Gallery app, Samsung Daily, and Digital Wellbeing. The update comes with the latest June 2020 Android security patch as well.
Along with the Galaxy Tab S4, Samsung has also started rolling out the Android 10 update for the Galaxy Tab S5e. Similar to the Galaxy Tab S4, the Android 10 update for the Galaxy Tab S5e brings One UI 2.1 features and the latest June 2020 security patch. Currently, the update is rolling out for the LTE version of the Galaxy Tab S5e in the UK. In the coming weeks, we expect the update to start rolling out for the Wi-Fi only variant of the tablet as well.
