As the images below show, Xiaomi markets the Xiaomi 13 Ultra as featuring a display capable of reaching 2,600 nits, 100 nits more than the Find X6 Pro. While this value does not represent full-panel brightness, Xiaomi claims that the TCL C7 panel will also provide better viewing angles and lower power consumption than the Samsung Display E6 panel found in most modern flagships.
Moreover, the TCL C7 is CIE 2015 colour curve calibrated for a consistent experience across multiple displays. Unsurprisingly, the Xiaomi 13 Ultra will feature an LTPO backplane for variable refresh rates, details of which Xiaomi has not revealed yet. The handset will operate natively at 2K too, likely matching the 3,200 x 1,440-pixel resolutions of the Xiaomi 12S Ultra and Xiaomi 13 Pro.
Furthermore, Xiaomi is expected to offer the Xiaomi 13 Ultra in four colour options, all with vegan leather finishes. So far, Xiaomi has shared promotional images of all but the device's rumoured red colourway; it remains to be seen how many will be available outside China, though. Unfortunately, Xiaomi has not confirmed a global launch date for the Xiaomi 13 Ultra yet, nor the Smart Band 8 or Xiaomi Pad 6 series that the company will also launch in China on April 18.
