Photo Snatch
Price: Free / Up to $4.99
Photo Snatch is an image and video downloader app. It lets you download videos and images from sites like Instagram, TikTok, and similar sites. Additionally, there is a gallery for viewing your gains as you need them. The app had a bit of a rough start but newer updates seem to be righting the ship slowly but surely. The UI could be a little better, but it functionally works so at least there’s that.
Queen: Rock Tour
Price: Free / $2.99
Queen: Rock Tour is a rhythm game with a bunch of Queen songs in it. The game features over 20 tracks by the band with the full version unlocked. The mechanics are about what you would expect. You can tap and swipe the notes to keep your streak going. It also has separate parts for the various instruments in any given song. It’s not a huge or deep game. However, at $2.99 for the premium version, we’re not sure it’s meant to be. It’s fun for what it is even if rhythm game fans finish it within a week or two.
Last Time
Price: Free
Last Time is an activity timeline manager. Basically, it helps you remember the last time you did a thing. This is potentially useful for things like mowing the yard, got your hair cut, or, in these modern times, the last time you took a COVID-19 test. There is a simple, but effective UI, various ways to categorize your activities, and even widgets if you need them. It’s entirely free as of the time of this writing and it worked well in our testing.

Arcana Tactics
Price: Free to play
Arcana Tactics is a new mobile RPG with some gacha mechanics. Players collect various characters, put them into battle, and try to get further into the game. There is a decently large cast collectible as cards. You cast those cards and the heroes do battle. The game also has a story mode, a quest mode, online PvP, and a co-op option as well. The game has spent a good portion of its release in maintenance as the developers hammer out bugs, but otherwise it’s a decent game in its genre.

Hypernotes
Price: Free
Hypernotes is the latest app from Zenkit. It’s mostly built for teams or groups of people so solo note takers probably won’t get as much out of it. The app lets you create notes, link notes together, and basically break down large bits of information into smaller, more manageable tasks. Each note also comes with activity tracking. Again, this is for power users mostly and teams of people rather than individuals, so keep that in mind if you decide to try it out.
